The University webmail service is accessible from all our students and academic staff. The webmail service is provided by “Office 365 for Students” and offer services like:

Users cannot automatically enrolled, but the University IT administrator will send username and password to all students and academic staff in the actual email address or a message on their phone.

To be logged in the webmail you should access the link: https://portal.office.com

Set the email address provided by the University: example@umt.edu.al

Initially set the password given by the University, then to change it. The password must contain a capital letter, a special character, a number and must be more than 8 characters


In case you forgot the password, our IT administrator will reset it.
