Office of the Secretary

The Office of the Secretary has primary responsibility for supporting the governance of the University.  It is responsible for the registration of the students according to procedures established by the decisions and instructions of the Rector / Dean.

Is responsible for the graduation process, documenting and archiving it, responsible for charter register / register of marks / exchange records, etc.

Inform students about rules of studies, syllabus, with rights and obligations.

Manages the online Secretary

Provides students with the required documentation.

Monitor and archives the tagging procedures, filling every form of statistics, reporting and analysis with third parties.

Implement any other duty supervisor, possessing the legal capacity.
