Civil Engineering Structures Profile

The main objective of this profile is to further prepare the construction engineer and equipping him with a diploma of Master of Science in the field of "design and construction of various engineering works in the field of civil construction, industrial and works of art of transport infrastructure".


On the basis of the knowledge obtained in this study program, the graduate will be able to design different civil and industrial buildings , and will be specialized in the design of artworks in road construction. Also, the structures engineer will be prepared to be able to realize the construction of these engineering works. He will be able to realize the design and implementation of these works in cooperation and coordination with other specialists.

CRITERIA
THE FIRST CYCLE STUDY PROGRAMS , WHICH ALLOW ADMISSION TO THIS STUDY PROGRAM , ARE BACHELOR IN CIVIL ENGINEERING AND HYDROTECHNIC ENGINEERING. EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES

After having finished this cycle of studies, the Structure Engineer will be totally able to exercise the profession in the fields mentioned above, in public institutions, as well as in private ones.
The Engineer of this profile will be able to cover the duties of the design and implementation engineer for this area, so consequently he may be a technical manager in the design and construction companies.
The graduate can work as a freelance, after having obtained the right to practice his profession (license) from the competent institutions.
