The main objective of the program Master of Science in Management, with profiles in Business Administration and Human Resource Management

is to provide students with the necessary knowledge, advanced in the management field and later on concentrated knowledge in both directions mentioned above, by giving the premises for career development or further studies.
The basic professional figure that is achieved through this program is that of the leader of different levels, who is able to be employed in the business companies or state institutions. After completing the program, thanks to the knowledge gained, the student is trained for employment opportunities in various economic units, mainly in business management in the private sector, and at the head of the public administration (national or local). The knowledge system provided by this program and the competences acquired by his students through it, enable them pursuing an academic research career or through the continuation of the third cycle studies,(PhD), by increasing this way their professional career. In order to achieve successful studies, students are required to attend regularly, more than 80% of the classes.
