Business Administration

Business Administration study program offers theoretical and practical activities aimed at the acquisition of basic and advanced knowledge in the field of economy.The program is designed in order to provide

a multidisciplinary training, which is essential in order to understand the operation of modern business organizations, as well as the key aspects of the environmental context.
The graduated students will cultivate the most important competencies in the fields of management and business management, deepening the thematic direction of the business modern economy: from organizational problems and market accounting to knowledge of budget planning, corporate finance, taxation and the impact of business legislation. Formative objectives
At the end of the Bachelor study program is required:
• Gaining knowledge about the basic concepts of business administration.
• The ability to analyze the financial situation of a public or private institution.
• The ability to analyze the risks that characterize a particular investment and in portfolio level.

The ability of developing a business plan.
• The ability to build a reorganization plan for corporate that are in crisis.
• To provide students with contemporary knowledge on entrepreneurship and small business management.
• To coordinate the theoretical knowledge with practical skills that a successful entrepreneur must own.
• To recognize and evaluate entrepreneurial alternatives and to know how to be oriented to make the right choice.
• To enable the student, to know how to use the knowledge gained during the course and at the same time to know how to get oriented successfully in business practice. • To guide students to rationally use the helping techniques in order to improve the quality management.
• To enable the student, to use the knowledge gained during this course in favor of its formation and at the same time to get successfully directed in business practices.
• By the end of this course, students will have the necessary knowledge to follow the studies in Master of Science/Professional.
