Internal Quality Assessment Center

Mission

  1. Development, maintenance and audit of the internal quality assurance system at UMT.
  2. Defining, orienting, monitoring and controlling the quality responsibilities in all UMT
  3. organizational units, from the Rector to the UMT departments, as well as quality management
  4. in these units.
  5. Carrying out self-evaluation of quality at UMT and cooperation for its external eva luation
  6. (accreditation).

Continuous improvement of the quality at UMT: Accreditation I Re-accreditation of all study programs

and institutional accreditation I re-accreditation of UMT.

QUALITY POLICY

  1. Continuous and frequent co-operation of the Rectorate with the internal quality assessment
  2. center to increase the level of Quality in all activities that take place at UMT.
  3. Promote and support the continuous improvement of the functioning of the internal quality
  4. assessment center.
  5. Promote and support the continuous improvement of the UMT quality system.
  6.  Continuous professional training of the internal quality assessment center staff and quality
  7. network members of this Center and other members of the internal quality assessment.
  8.  Continuous awareness of all staff (academic, auxiliary, administrative) and UMT students on the
  9. quality issue.
  10. Training of all staff (academic, auxiliary, administrative) and UMT students on the quality issue.
  11. Complete implementation of quality management principles and quality management functions
  12. in the implementation of teaching processes, research processes and other processes.
